Why these peptides work together
BPC-157 directly activates nitric oxide synthesis and growth factor expression in GI tissue, repairing mucosal damage at the site. TB-500 promotes cell migration (necessary for healing epithelium) and reduces NF-κB-driven systemic inflammation that perpetuates GI disease. Together they address both local repair and the systemic inflammatory environment.
BPC-157 repairs the gut lining directly at the site of damage, while TB-500 calms the body-wide inflammation that can keep gut problems from fully healing.

It is not a recommendation, not a prescription, and not medical advice. Combining compounds multiplies the unknowns rather than adding them.
