KLOW Stack

- Comprehensive Healing Across All Inflammation Phases
Overview
KLOW extends the GLOW stack by adding KPV, an anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from alpha-MSH. The four-peptide combination is designed to address the full healing cascade in sequence: KPV dampens the initial inflammatory phase, BPC-157 and TB-500 drive the proliferation and tissue-building phase, and GHK-Cu supports the final structural remodeling phase. It is one of the more comprehensive stacks referenced in the research community.
Builds on the GLOW combination by adding a fourth peptide that specifically calms inflammation first, so the other three can focus on rebuilding tissue — designed to walk through healing in order, start to finish.
Compounds in this stack
BPC-157 Research
A widely studied 'healing peptide' derived from stomach protein. Popular for helping the body repair muscle, tendon, and gut tissue faster.
TB-500 Research
A recovery peptide that helps cells travel to injured tissue and rebuild it. Often paired with BPC-157 for faster, fuller healing.
GHK-Cu Cosmetic / Research
A copper-binding peptide naturally found in the body. Boosts collagen, heals skin, and helps slow visible signs of aging.
KPV Research
A tiny anti-inflammatory fragment of a hormone your body already makes. Frequently paired with BPC-157 and TB-500 in recovery-focused peptide stacks.
