Unscheduled research compound; not FDA approved. In July 2026 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8-6 to recommend BPC-157 for the 503A Bulks List, which would make it eligible for pharmacy compounding — this is a recommendation only, not yet legal to compound, pending formal FDA rulemaking.
