Intramuscular injection

How it works

  1. Contains a natural mixture of low-molecular-weight peptides that support the maturation and differentiation of T-lymphocytes within the immune system.

Thymalin is extracted from thymus tissue, the organ that trains your immune system's T-cells — the idea is that thymus-derived peptides can help support that same training process later in life, when your own thymus has shrunk.

  2. Believed to work as a tissue-specific "bioregulator," helping normalize immune signaling that has declined with age, rather than broadly stimulating the immune system in a non-specific way.

It's studied more as a way to help the immune system function like it used to, rather than as a general immune booster for everyone.

Result

Russian clinical research suggests meaningful restoration of immune markers in older or immunocompromised patients over a short treatment course — though this evidence has not been reviewed or confirmed by the FDA, and the compound remains unavailable through conventional U.S. prescription channels.
