Legal and regulatory

Unscheduled research compound; not FDA approved. In July 2026 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 7-5 to recommend Epitalon (Epithalon) for the 503A Bulks List, which would make it eligible for pharmacy compounding — this is a recommendation only, not yet legal to compound, pending formal FDA rulemaking.
